Rob has fulfilled an assignment on behalf of Yacht. One of his goals was to manage a change in work ethic, to enable people in quite a few teams to actually change behavior and be more professional. Rob has been able to achieve these goals with several teams in an equal time frame. Rob is an inspirator, has great people skills and is able to manage change by setting te right example. Rob is straight forward, has a positive attitude and was a great pleasure to work with.
